1 Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Email address and password — if you create an account to sync your progress across devices.
- Your name — optional, if you choose to provide it during registration.
- Practice content you create — such as bookmarks and notes you add to questions.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Practice and performance data — questions answered, scores, accuracy, time per question, streaks, daily usage, and test session history. Used only to power your personalized practice experience and analytics.
- Device identifier — if you use the App in Guest Mode, a random local identifier is generated on your device so your progress can be saved without an account.
- Advertising identifiers and usage data — collected by our advertising partner (see Section 4) to show ads.
2 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
- Sync your progress, results, and bookmarks across your devices when you are signed in.
- Personalize your experience (recommended difficulty, "continue where you left off", progress analytics).
- Show advertising within the App.
- Improve the App and understand how it is used.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
3 Where Your Data Is Stored
Your account data (email, name, progress, bookmarks) is stored with our backend provider Appwrite at its cloud infrastructure. Appwrite processes and stores data in accordance with its own security and privacy practices. Data may be transferred to and processed in a country other than the one where you reside.
4 Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect and process:

5 Sharing of Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Appwrite — to host your account and practice data.
- Google / AdMob — to serve ads, as described in Section 4.
- Legal compliance — if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
6 Data Retention
We retain your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete (or anonymize) the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal or security purposes.
Guest-mode progress data stays on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear app data, this local data is deleted.
7 Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8 Your Rights and Choices
You can:
- Access and update your account details at any time within the App.
- Delete your account — submit a request using the Data Deletion Request form below. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated practice data from our servers.
9 Children's Privacy
The App is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
10 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Effective date" above. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.

1 How It Works
- Fill in the form below — enter the email address you used to create your QuantMaster account (and optionally a reason).
- Send the request — clicking the button opens your email app with a pre-filled deletion request addressed to us.
- We process it — requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.

3 What Gets Deleted
When your request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our servers (Appwrite):
- Account profile — email address, name, and login credentials.
- Practice data — scores, accuracy, streaks, daily usage, and test session history.
- User content — bookmarks and notes you added to questions.
What is NOT affected
- Guest-mode data — progress saved locally on your device (no account). To remove it, clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
- Ad data held by Google AdMob — managed through Google's ad settings: https://adssettings.google.com.
4 Verification & Security
For your protection, requests must be sent from the email address registered to the account (or from an email that clearly identifies you as the account holder). If we cannot verify your identity, we may contact you to confirm the request before processing.
